Merger in Heerhugowaard

June 2010 – Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard and Poedercoating Heerhugowaard have been working together intensively for years. To give a boost to that teamwork and to simplify the structure, it has been decided to organise a legal merger, housing the activities of Poedercoating Heerhugowaard with Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard B.V. with effect from 1 July 2010. The trade name Poedercoating Heerhugowaard will be maintained alongside the trade name Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard.

Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard and Poedercoating Heerhugowaard have been working together intensively for years and, together, they market the Duplex Route, the total concept for galvanisation and powder coating. Behind the scenes, many activities have already been integrated. Both companies are led by their director Frank Roor. The commercial manager Jurriaan Swart and commercial officer Claudia Hesseling, as well as Arjen de Vries, the chief accountant, have also been working for both companies for several years.

The merger will be good for the clients of both Verzinkerij Heerhugowaard and Poedercoating Heerhugowaard: they will now deal with a single company, receive integrated invoices and have a single guarantee for both galvanisation and powder coating!
